In Proceeding 26649, the Alberta Utilities Commission (“the Commission”) issues its decision regarding a complaint raised by Melcor Developments Ltd., Highview Communities Inc., and Sunset Properties Inc., (“the Melcor Entities”) opposing the updated design standards of FortisAlberta Inc. Participant’s Arguments Regarding FortisAlberta’s Streetlight Investment Refund

Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) proceeding 27067 is at the stage where participants, the City of Airdrie, the Building Industry and Land Development Association of Alberta (BILD) and FortisAlberta Inc are presenting their arguments regarding who should receive FortisAlberta’s streetlight investment. FortisAlberta’s streetlight investment refunds a portion of streetlight costs in occupied lots.
