In Proceeding 27444, ENMAX Power Corporation (“ENMAX”) requests that the Alberta Utilities Commission (the “Commission”) provide the proper interpretation of the Rule 012 New Dwelling Rule in relation to a substation noise complaint filed by Alberta Utilities Commission Enforcement (“Enforcement Staff”).
The AESO held its third technical session regarding participant related costs and distribution facility operator (DFO) cost flow-through on June 25, 2020. This session related to further discuss updates and revisions to its proposal on substation fractioning (the division of costs between load and supply participants connected to the distribution system) to be submitted to the Commission. The AESO’s most recent updates may be relevant for cost flow-through purposes in the event the City’s distribution system is connected to a generator in the future.
