EPCOR 2024-2025 Energy Price Setting Plan Decision

In proceeding 28717 the Alberta Utilities Commission (the Commission) approves EPCOR Energy Alberta GP (EPCOR) 2024-2025 energy price setting plan (EPSP) with one deviation from their original application. That being the change of other risk compensation requested by EPCOR from $0.04 MWh to $0.02 MWh. The Commission also directed the filing of an executed backstop agreement with attachment, once completed.

ENMAX Energy’s 2023-2024 Energy Price Setting Plan: Intervenor Arguments

ENMAX Energy Corporation (ENMAX Energy) provides regulated rate option (RRO) services in ENMAX Power Corporation’s service territory; however, the Commission must approve the RRO tariff through an energy price setting plan (EPSP). In Proceeding 27495ENMAX Energy’s application proposes to continue its previous EPSP with several refinements. After examining the application and submitting information requests, the Utilities Consumer Advocate (UCA) argues against certain aspects of ENMAX Energy’s proposal.[1]

Decision on EEA’s 2021-2024 EPSP Application

ENMAX 2014-2018 RRO Energy Price Setting Plan

On January 30, 2017, the AUC issued decision 20448-D01-2017 on EMNAX Energy Corporation’s 2014-2018 RRO Energy Price Setting Plan (EPSP). The decision approved major parts of the proposed plan, but still requires ENMAX to submit a compliance filing.
