Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) proceeding 27067 is at the stage where participants, the City of Airdrie, the Building Industry and Land Development Association of Alberta (BILD) and FortisAlberta Inc are presenting their arguments regarding who should receive FortisAlberta’s streetlight investment. FortisAlberta’s streetlight investment refunds a portion of streetlight costs in occupied lots.
The Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) issued a Decision in Proceeding 23870 on EQUS REA’s (EQUS) application with regards to a review and variance of Decision 22164-D01-2018
In Proceeding 22164, FortisAlberta is requesting that the AUC confirm the boundaries of its exclusive municipal franchise areas and order the transfer (from REAs) of any customers that end up in the utility’s exclusive franchise area as a result of the realignment of service areas.
